so china should not buy what the usa is selling? or china should buy what the usa is pitching? if china should not buy, what should china do with the usd printed by usa? if usa did not want to sell, why did the usa pitch? all very confusing, but sounds like china was secondarily reacting to primary action of others, playing a game of another's design, besting the con artists without really trying. yes? in so far as 'under-valued' currencies go, who knows what any currency is worth in the absence of underlying measure which team usa did away with in 1971.
