I read it again. What I get out of it is this, Warburg Pincus Capital Partners WPCP dissolved their partnership and turned the assets over to WPLP, an entity set up for the express purpose of liquidating the assets in an orderly fashion. Among those assets are over 2 mill. shares of CNSI, representing 12+% of the company which is why an SEC form needed to be filed. So the question is, how long does WPLP have to liquidate those assets? It's not like they can drive the price down much further, but dumping 2 mill. shares isn't going to help things any, I would think. Anyone else have a take on this?
