Nice summary. It's hard to argue with that. I think it will be valuable to read the opinion briefs and try to understand what the judges considered in their decision process. It is easy for me to criticize; but I offer no solution to the dismal prognosis. Unfortunately, character is intrinsic; and IMHO a function of breeding that requires a lifetime to develop. A major reversal seems very unlikely.

an unwillingness to hold only those responsible accountable for their actions. That says it all... even these SC decisions are socialist in nature, that everyone must be punished because of a few rotten apples... why not just arrest those assholes and charge them with disturbing the peace, harassment, and whatever else the city can throw at them... the reason that won't happen is because the city is afraid of the aclu which would sue the city for all it's worth just to score a few points and make a ton of ill-gotten dough... GZ
