Actually, I don't think that he has said much about reform of the corporate tax codes at all just yet, (they are probably waiting for the blue ribbon commission to make it report first on December 1 to get the discussion kicked-off after this Fall's elections).

I personally always expected (hoped, maybe) that next year would be the "Go year" for tax reform.

But, pretty much all Obama has said about it thus far is he doesn't want any changes to increase the deficit. (We have already had plenty of that.)
