Franco, Got an e-mail from one of my fellow investors. Said he called the transfer agent today and got info that outstanding share count was +27M. Do you or anyone else have info on outstanding shares? Is there a discrepancy or misunderstanding or etc.? Hope there is an explanation or perhaps he was in error. Thanks, Russell
