I have a very large collection of e mails from Bernie to many people. They are full of b.s. for the most part. One of his favorite proclamations is that Marty Harper has left Lewis and La Roca and is not going to be handling IPM's suit against the AZ DMMR. Harper has indeed left L&R - he's opened his own law office but will still be the lead attorney in their prosecution of the case. Bernie says that 'Doyle has refused interogatories' -- what a bunch of lies that is. No one has approached ANY IPM officer with any of this lawsuit. You somehow assume because Bernie can type that he knows what he's doing. He's getting all this craziness pushed on him from Mr. Coggins, who is a friend of his. Bernie is in the same position that many are in. He screams scam and never bothers to look at the facts.
