I assume guilt in these matters of stocks and securities right from the get-go and look for a showing of innocent by deeds and actions. I think the SEC should to.

No doubt about it. I followed and tried to expose the TSHL/UCHB mining scam when it was in full swing. Yesterday we learned that it was an undercover FBI sting the whole time yet it still took 2 years for an enforcement action and both stocks have yet to be suspended. TSHL claimed their AZ mine contained more gold than had ever been mined in the history of the state for crying out loud!

These things take time. Unfortunately JBII will be subpenny and the money spent by the scammers before anything is done by the authorities. Bagholders won't have anyone to sue.
