SK,

That's okay, Jay is entitled to his opinion about Naxos. He states his opinion in a fair concise manner, without disparaging anyone. I don't agree with what he says, but I salute the style in which he says it.

You are also entitled to state your opinions of Jays content. I know that it is sometimes hard not to attack people, I have very recently attacked Charters. I think that it was more in terms of trying to combat his lies and misinformation, but I did attack him personally nontheless. It was wrong of me. I shouldn't have done it. As Abhorrent as I find this, I will apologize to him tomorrow.

Mark

Thank you. I also promised to refrain from making comments about the matter and I will keep my promise as well.

In other matters, I think that we will eventually have good news about Naxos' COC results and/or their Venezuela project. I don't think it is unusual for a mining company to be later than everyone expected in making an announcement. There are many factors involved: scientific, the POG, world markets, etc.

Historically, in every fight between markets and governments, the market wins in the end. Right now there is a battle between central bankers and monetary authorities, on the one hand, and gold in the free market, on the other hand. The free market will win in the end but, as usual, it's going to take time. If we have a long-term view, I think that we, Naxos, and the price of gold will win big. I'm not too concerned about it.

This looks like a great buying opportunity but I'm holding back until the last couple of weeks of December to make my purchases. Historically, it's a great time to pick up shares of common stock, cheaply.
