Imagine a government dealing with thousands o political activists (usually hired on the pockets of the money men)!

Government would have to be putting up fires across the whole nation just to keep them in check.

Also those political activists are only appeased (ahem!) with lots of cash.

Once word goes out that one of them cashed in, lots of political activism would erupt across the nation.
