Not any more. I agree he could have been bolder and smarter on this from the start but he chose other priorities.

The new Congress coming in won't do dick about anything if they can possibly jam up the works and stop any kind of forward motion. After all, the bold leadership you seek is just more evil government action in a world where only the private sector should ever solve anything.

The fact that the private sector took us into a dead end the last time they had free rein is irrelevant to the current ideological crusade. The Tea Party caucus will make Obama look like the ultimate pragmatist once they have a half-dozen senators to put in play.
