It's about time they knock off the nonsense coffee shop mentality. They are seeing the state fall apart with the rest of the country and the dying hippies have no message...just spend more. We need to stop all entitlement COLAs and possibly take a 5 to 10% reduction is payments to all entitlements for one year. Then see what the condition of the programs are before reinstating COLA's. A 90% reduction in Michelle Obama's staff would be a good start to lead by example.
