Will,

Chippie is simply starved for attention. He comes on here making outrageous predictions like CREAF is going to 18 just to get a response. He changes history as quickly as he makes new predictions. Actually, a little on the pathetic side if you ask me. My guess he is a kid who has gotten a hold of his dad's PC and has nothing better to do than play pretend.
