Sounds like a plan. The underlying issue behind this mortgage issue is the fundamental right to property ownership; the government has no right to seize bank-owned property regardless of who owns it. Things are getting worse.

This is what it's come to....rewarding financial losers. Something's going to break. There has to be millions of people thinking along those same lines. Remember the wallstreetpro (something like that name) on youtube....maxed out all of these credit cards over a year ago and bought silver and gold....and said he was not going to pay a penny of those credit card debts?
