Re: JBII buys today

Post Frank COY on Tue Mar 02, 2010 9:12 am

Z,.....What is going on with the huge bid/ask spread. I have been in the business a long time and have never seen this, especially since the bid/ask has been relatively much tighter since JBII started trading.

It sort of smells like some sort of manipulation. Is it possible that the MM's may be working against showing a $4 bid? It seems strange that all the activity yesterday was at $4+ but there was only a short period of the trading day where a $4 bid was shown.

What's up?

Nah, as Mark Twain said, "it is better to remain silent and appear stupid than to open your mouth and remove all doubt". Many of the HUBsters obviously never read Twain. There will be lots to talk about at some point.

No brainer, engage them at the site. We get one chance to execute this roll out and the kind of information URS can provide will cover questions from regulators (permit issuers), politicians, environmentalists, shareholders, JV investors, etc.

Those questions being answered specifically = faster rollout, no gliches
