He thinks he is smarter than everyone else, but so far he has made incompetent blunder after blunder. Why should the CFO be fired for following the CEO's orders? Do you think Baldwin made the decision to over value the media credits by $9-$10 million? I sure don't. By the way, the lawsuit filed by Kaplanis is huge. In most states, lawsuits are not filed for an actual dollar value, rather they are categorized by being more or less than a threshold. In this case, the threshold was $75K. The actual dollar value should he prevail on all claims is likely in the tens of millions. Start with the full value of the employment contract salary, $120K per year, then add in attorneys fees and expenses for both sides, because if he loses, John will get to pay both, then add in the value of the stock kaplanis claims john promised him $3-$12 million, then add in possible punitive damages at 3X and you are looking at somewhere between $10.5 million and $36 million, enough to send JBI and John Bordynuik into bankruptcy. Once again there are shareholders that are "all in" and choose to ignore the obvious red flags, then you have the stock promoters who most likely dump on every spike in volume and challenge anyone posting facts that lead to the view that JBI is headed down the wrong path. John made it very clear that the reason he bought Javaco and Pakit were because of the exceptional management and leadership. Now that they are gone people are acting like John was cleaning house, yet that is the farthest from the truth. As for the companies buying plastic, I already posted the site, do a simple search on there and call the companies. As long as the net dollar amount is above $0 then the net result is they picked it up for free. Does it matter if they offer you $3K for your plastic and charge $1K to pick it up? You would still net $2K for selling the plastic. I can't think of a CEO who gets two rather large lawsuits filed against him and his company, loses two of his top two executies, loses two board members and fails to inform shareholders of the situation. Why is john hiding from all the facts? Does he really think the manly way of handling this is to ignore the shareholders who pay his bills rather than inform them of what is really going on? Makes me sick. GAME OVER. For the record, the ibox still is rather biased and doesn't show these huge lawsuits and it also has the financials overvalued by $9-$10 million. Can a mod please fix this to reflect the accurate financials as Withum has already wiped out $10 million of that value due to the improper valuation of the media credits. Quote: Do you know how many bod members and senior executives have quit in the past 12 months? We are not talking low-level employees. JB will NOT be able to scale this business if he cannot recruit and retain senior talent. And now large shareholders are calling for the CFO to be fired and sued. And he has already put what has been called here a highly profitable tape business essentially on hold because he cannot scale. By the way, I predicted that it was just a matter of time before the lawsuits start. I also stated how stupid it was of people accepting a position on the board of this company because it was likely they will be getting sued along with the company and CEO.siliconinvestor.com
