That character is so dumb he doesn't know that those "howling seniors" are the backbone of his so-called "libertarian" teabagger crowd yelling "Government, keep your hands off my Social Security" and then voting in their primaries for the candidates who want to do exactly that...privatize it and give it to Wall Street.
