Hmmm, I don't like lawsuit, unless this company is falsifying (sp?) its financial state or hiding its technological setback. But I don't think it's the case here. If I run this company, I will go out on the secondary at the highest possible stock price too. Easy money for the company. The market decides what is the value of the company.

Steve,

Excellent pts. Food for thought, BS recent reiteration to cover themselves on the legal front?

Mark

I didn't expect the secondary could have such adverse effect on this stock.

Steve,

I never left I just find it meaningless to post under such market conditions. No one I read on this thread cares about fundamentals longer term and the technicals are shot on 85% of the tech stochs and most of the averages (short term).

Nobody wants to own a stock as an investment in even the best of companies unless it is going up every day. I dont feel like sitting around crying about why I didnt sell or how much I lost in OEX calls when they stopped the market mini-black monday. It is pointless to blame the company when 80% of the decline in MRVC and many other stocks is margin selling pressure and panic.

I am still very bullish on MRVC and ENBC and The US economy and equity markets.

I dropped a lot of dough last month but nobody flies like an eagle and shits like a sparrow. And I am not about to pull stakes and sit on the sidelines.

Whoever pointed out MRVC's 3 month cycles is pretty observant and will most likely do well. It seems that untill we brake those cycles we are condemned to this wide upwardly biased long term tradeing range/trend.

I will continue to be bullish on MRVC as long as they grow over 30%, maintain cutting edge technology and meet consensus estimates.
