Yes given the drop in price, any earnings warning has been built into the price. If earnings are not too far below estimates, there will be massive buying I'd imagine. If QNTM is "comfortable" with estimates, we will rebound eventually ... as soon as the market sell-off stops.

The point is though, they can't say anything until they are sure of their own situation (litigation reasons). Therefore the stock will go along with WDC until QNTM provides some direction down the road. I agree however that QNTM will not miss earnings by anywhere near WDC's level.
