That's OK....Howard was still nutz when he lived in the penthouse of the Desert Inn, too, and while banging Ava Gardner & Jane Russell on a regular basis. You just can't satisfy some people.......

You are correct, short sales are a joke. And as you well know, without short sales, we will have increasing foreclosures.

The banks shot themselves in the foot by screwing around with short sales. It has all been the banks fault and NON of it the real estate agents or owners.

Maybe they don't know what happens to a vacant house in short time. The banks are quibbling over a few dollars when hundreds of thousands of dollars are at stake.

In wet cold climates, an unheated house can rot out in a year. Pipes will burst in winter and in big cities they will steal the copper, rip the walls wide open.
