Chaz: I agree with you. Some of the easiest money I ever made
was buying the techs in the Spring/Summer of '95. The selling
of the techs over the last few weeks has been indiscriminate
and there are bargains to be had, but the payoff may be 6-12 months
away. People are too concerned with every 1/4 point move,
rather than focusing on the long-term payoff.
