Astute observations. Schechter, Dueul, etc are in for the money and will have to give it up. Chatters, Cogburn et al are in for 'public good', they will stay in denial, I think. It will be very difficult for them to admit fault AND think of the legal consequences from people that listened to them - not knowing that they didn't know what they were talkng about. Legal crap may go on for years. Certainly a shame for AZ citizens, all that money down the tube.
