How about all the people walking around thinking about doing harm but only deterred by the threat of repercussions? I bet of the subset of people who actually do harm, 100% came from this first group, so they are likely to all do harm too. If their minds could only be read then they could all be imprisoned. So how many people have died due to terrorist attack this year, or ever? How about drowning in swimming pools or nosocomial infections just in the US this year? Mathematically speaking it's all a big stinking pile of BS but we live in mathematically challenged times
