The good news is we don't really have very high costs of things we need yet like much of the developed world. Plus interest rates are at record lows.

What happens as these trends go against us too? Stagflationary depression with the misery index of the Carter years? Best way for the little guy to stay out in front..... smart RE investments. The financial markets would really suck yeah just like the 1970's..
