Hydrogen fuel is probably the cheapest way to fuel a car, but I expect that politicians would argue that hydrogen is 'too dangerous' because of the Hindenburg incident... meanwhile, that's a bogus argument since when gasoline was first introduced that same argument was used... exactly, the only thing coming out of the tail pipe would be water, and any leak would rise into the atmosphere with no harm done... you can always count on politicians to do away with the best ideas for their own personal political gain... the free market works if we let it...
