Unfortunately, the rise isn't because of good news. It's a reflection of future inflation. At some point, rising oil and other commodities prices will start taking their toll on the corporate bottom line and stocks will fall. That may take a while to play out, however.

Well I do not have anything to say about electric cars, solar energy, wireless, etc, BUT I would like to say something about the Stock Market. Is that OK with everyone? :)

I sold all my longs this morning when SP spiked up. I feel we are very close to a very short term pullback, maybe to around 1160-1150 to retest that 1150 where it broke out and had much trouble getting above for a couple of weeks. Saying this I believe that the mentality on the street now is buy dips. I am looking for a pullback, but "buying the dips" may prevent it from retesting the 1150 area, and pulling back as a healthy market should.

Sorry, I did not mean to interrupt the conversation at hand! :)
