If I bought title insurance when buying on a foreclosure last year, and it's found that the title isn't good, doesn't the insurer owe me something? What exactly are they on the hook for? What is it that they insure? When do they pay up? If the answer is "never", why is it required? Oh this is a great kettle of fish.......<G>
