The falsified records are definitely closer to $70M level
than $ 40M. S3 is sugarcoating the bad news again.
However, the good news is that it is the last time, since ...

They will take a significant inventory writedown next month ..
Look for $ 30 M writeoff or about 0.60 per share.
This is called an accounting "bath."

When added to Q4 operating loss, you are looking at 0.72
EPS negative.

1998 is breakeven at best.
