I think AMD is already discounted by the market with followings:
(1) 1.6B from Q3;
(2) ARM over X64 as a perceived paradigm shift, in sympathy of INTC.

I think (and my bet is) that there are two likely scenarios after the report:
(1) If NI introduction is as speculated on many review sites, and Fusion is on track and no more delay, then AMD will eventually stand on 7.5 and shoot. I don't know exactly when that will happen. But it will happen soon if those two assumptions are valid. Or,

(2) If NI is not as potent as speculated, or worse, if Fusion is further delayed, we may see AMD go back to 5.5 and stay in the dog house for a long time.

Well, I already placed my bet. We shall see.
