Then the Jews from around the globe invaded Palestine by stealing lands from the indigenous population that was "overwhemingly Arab" > Until then, the area which Arabs are claiming was part of the Ottoman Empire, with much of the land owned by Ottoman landlords who rented it to Palestinians, but many of whom sold it to Jews who quite rightly expected the previous tenants to move out. Because they had been there for generations, the previous tenants mistakenly thought they actually owned the land. The same thing happened in Fiji with hundred year leases expiring resulting in political upheaval, continuing to now. Similarly, in New Zealand, welfare recipients occupy houses for decades and even generations and come to believe they own the houses.
