there should be no problemo showing up with the deed AND the note for all those MERS related documents. that means if they can't show up with those documents, they get a big, fat unsecured loan and can't legally foreclose. no problemo... right? right? really, right? ;-) time for the controlled MSM and the controlled government to spin, spin, spin away... the banks get to commit unlimited fraud - they are the new feudal lord kleptocracy... laws and consequences are for serfs. land of the "neo-free" and home of the "neo-brave," baby!
