Whether we like it not 17/share looks very possible for ASND. This stock has had an overshoot on the upside and now an undershoot is in progress. At 17/share it has a Market cap of 3196 Million of which if we take out the 570 Million cash they have then that leaves us with 2626 Million which is roughly 2X Sales. I know BAY and COMS have some long term debt and Ascend does not.
