Buy the monolines.. ABK, MBI, RDN, PMI, MTG.. They stand to benefit in a HUGE way...

ABK was $95/share in July, 2007.. This morning it's poking its head above $1/share...

That's a hell of a gap to be filled.. ;0)

Mortgage Mess May Cost Big Banks Billions

I think the media is making more of us than there is. Housing prices seem to have stabilize and in some areas they are seeing small appreciation. If things improve going forward, losses will be less, not more.
