Current IBD ratings:

Relative Strength : 94
Relative EPS : 90
Float 4.4 million (low institutional ownership because there's not much there for them to buy)
Telecommunications Services Industry rated #7 in IBD
Listed in IBD as #5 NASDAQ biggest percentage rise in volume and IBD's 'Week in Review' section in the 11-07-97 edition

Probably 1/2 to 3/4 of that float has been turned over in the last two weeks with over 1/4 just in the last three trading days. This translates into more people in at higher levels which means support should be found well before it ever hits $10.

Fro (IMO)

Thanks for the response. I wish I used AOL so I could check out the story over there.

Still, don't you think volume should dry up before you sold/short?

Happily Long CPTL,
