Stevie: Can only answer one of your questions: Meeting is in Vancouver because QSTI is a BC Corp. As to the financials, I read them today as well. I've said for some time the biggest problem we face, which is a big problem, is the lack of cash this company has. Indeed, the last paragraph of the prelude to the financials indicated that without additional funds, the company's viability could be in jeopardy. We have publicity and potential for good contracts for next season. What we need is some cash to get us out of this hole and give us some working capital. I have heard rumors that the cash problem may be well on its way to being solved, at least in the short run; butI have heard nothing solid. As to the volume today and the nice little ride, I believe it is linked to the addition of a new brokerage house being brought in. Could be the start of some good buying.

Stevie, Can answer only one of your questions: I am told that CEDE & Co. is a clearing house. They do not own the shares or their votes. They register the securities electronically, known in "street names", for most U.S. brokerage firms. I believe this eliminates the need to print a new certificate for every stock transaction until the time of account settlement or certificate request.
