Correct!

Like-minded citizens would unify and agree on the entities to target.

I would recommend a retailer, an automotive fuel supplier, and a bank.

Participants would agree to never shop at A, never purchase gas from B, and never maintain an account or conduct transactions with C.

Walmart, Citgo, and JPMorgan Chase are obvious candidates.

The dicey part would be agreeing on "our" political demands?
