PGM stands for precious metals group (don't ask me why they name it PGM and not PMG) like gold, silver, platinum.
SDR stands for Special Drawing Rights which was an IMF created currency that IMF members could subscribe to.....it was even seen as a potential replacement for the USD during the oil crisis years of the 70s and 80s but faded out of fashion during the latter years when the US economy made a resurgence during the Volker and Greenspan regimes.....

Gotta admit that I'm not familiar with PGM.. (unless it relates to Platinum).

But SDR is a Special Drawing Right, valued from a basket of currencies..

Pretty much a "global currency" standard.
