One way to play PBR would be to wait until Dilma makes some remark or does some action to show she is independent of Lula -

There should be a bunch of initial rhetoric, and then various actions in the first 6 months.

Maybe she appoints some ideologues to the supervise PBR.

She may also want to show that she is not "in PBRs pocket" meaning too close to PBR.

I expect there is a 85% or better chance she will say something that causes PBR to drop 5% or more, and about a 65% chance it could drop 10% or more.

Then buy more PBR.
