Ah the power of the internet and all the information overload. Remember in 2004-06 all the out of state investors were playing the appreciation game in the ground zero markets? I remember being dumbfounded reading about all these Cali investors buying, managing, renting, then selling all from their computer going first to Phoenix, then Las Vegas, then Boise and finally Salt Lake City. Often sight unseen as they were new construction... It just never got that weird down here but the bubble did roll and tumble in waves sometimes six or so months apart. I don't know of folks that went from Cape Coral to North Port and on to Ocala catching the 'wave'
