Not only does no country hold a monopoly on VVV, all are in short supply. Some are beyond the pale, such as Rwanda with their macheting. African countries generally are very low on supplies of VVV. Latin American countries too are low on the scale. Britain is a pale imitation of its former glory.

Some are trending down [New Zealand, Zimbabwe] while others have trended up [Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea]. Some remain continuously pretty good [Switzerland, Luxembourg]. Some promised lots but delivered nothing [South Africa].
