Hi, Doug:

It seems that it is very quiet here. I find some discussion in yahoo:
messages.yahoo.com
It is very interesting. I said before that there were a lot of people bought this stock in higher price (including me) and still hold it. It is really ture. They would not sell it even GTTIF reaches $2.

The stock was weak a few days ago and it rebounds nicely these two days.

I called the management in Hong Kong and talked to the president.

(1) The management "were very excited" about the main lawsuits were being settled down. The plaintiffs at first asked for about $100 million. Hence, although the $10 million for the settlement is a lot, it is only 1/10 of what the plaintiffs asked. The last lawsuit is relatively small (Trial of the lawsuit is scheduled for early 1998).

(2) The company's future is "very bright" after the lawsuits. They can borrow money to stimulate the business.

(3) The third quarter report should be out in the end of this month.

(4) They have not decided what to do for the new NASDAQ list rule.

I believe that the company and the stock should do very well next year.

Albert
