Thanks for reply. I will not take a position unless stock falls below 6 and then only if I can sell April 5 puts for 7/8. Comments on this thread and caveats in 10Q lead me to conclude a)an inventory writedown is probable, b) the foundry is likely to be cash drain and diminishes the company's book evaluation c) the company management will be sidetracked with litigation worries. Offsetting these short term negatives is the long term value of intellectual property as implied by their relatively strong support of research investment.
