Question for you, Phantom or any one else on this thread. Net income for the third quarter was $2 million vs $2.3 million compared to same quarter last year. Sales grew 44% but net income declined. Do you think that given the possibility of a economic slowdown, the company might run into some temporary trouble in the next two quarter resulting in lower sales growth and lower income. Having looked carefully at the third quarter result, I am wondering why they didn't earn more income. Can we rely on this company to continue to expand at the same rate given the possiblity of an economic slowdown?.

I dont know if this helps but I know during the conference call they did say that some of their costs went higher especially with the hiring of some new engineers etc. They are really focusing on becoming a technology company with cutting edge products, and less of a commodity company.
