'global power' Britain is about to chuck up on team USA over Afghanistan effort. Britain is playing it smarter this time than it did in 18th century, surrendering to the inevitable sooner. So goes the coalition of the willy nilly. Falkland should be reverting to rightful owner soon enough. Argentina can do an ipo in some suitable market to finance the takeover of falklands, and arrange off-take for resources post liberation.
