George Faris did in fact register for sale just under 3 million shares on August 27, 1997. Several other officers also registered large chunks of their beneficial ownership.

Millennium also, I believe--and Millennium can correct me if I'm wrong--registered options or whatever they were holding for sale recently.

I think there is a detail attached to the offering that says the shares are only being registered and does not necessarily mean they are to be sold--pretty meaningless since there's always an intent of sale when the filing is made for registration.

I'm surprised by some of the claims on the thread of not knowing anything about this. Certainly the "screamers" who know more about the co than anyone haven't been blind sided by this old news.

It really has to make you wonder sometimes.

Also, co officers register shares all the time. It is odd that G. Faris decided to register such a large chunk of his beneficial ownership.

I'm pretty much grabbing this all from memory and if I'm wrong on any particulars it wasn't intentional--maybe I should have filed before posting. LOL!
