It's pretty obvious the markets are being manipulated. You can actually watch large groups of stocks move in unison. To try and fight it is financial suicide. The best we can do is to acknowledge it and try and maximize our positions. Gold and miners seems a reasonable bet. by the way, if you ever find the "real world" you described, please let us know where it is. I would like to move there. "Living in the real world of earnings, fiscal responsibility, and sound governance."
