After Carter drove the countrys psyche into the ground at least Reagan made us feel better. Carter gave us sky high interest rates, high oil prices, hostages in Iran and over all demoralized us. Plus he started the department of energy. Do you even know why he started that? Look at it now. Billions of government bloat for nothing.
