Doubts grow on prospects for G20. It's becoming G2! China and Brazil are emptying the G20. Warnings from the UK and India about the G20’s future merely put into words what has already become apparent from the actions of several governments – that several leaders doubt a multilateral solution to global imbalances and currency frictions is within reach. The flurry of unilateral actions that governments have taken in recent weeks has continued to spread. On Monday Brazil said it was increasing again the taxes on foreign bond purchases to 6 per cent, having already doubled them to 4 per cent. ft.com

Energy, I think of it as the Dimming of America and its been going on since the late 1970's.... The overall lowering of standards in all areas of American life has caused this situation... it is why a college education is now equal to a 1960's High School Ed....... Teachers & Professors that cannot pass simple Literacy test's an example..... Global Academic levels placing USA in 26th or 27th place in Math and Science are another example.... its very sad and I see no improvement in sight... Canada just as bad or worse... I'm personally thinking of moving to New Zealand where I would be considered a high genius...when in reality I am barely average IQ... Chas
