Bill, Regarding machine capacities, I remember going to great lengths to obtain production capacities back in February and had the 21 million per year verified by comparing notes with others asking the same questions. It could very well have been a maximum design capacity at the time.

The number that stays in my mind now is Cal Reed's statement last summer that Line 2 stamps out 240 bi/cells per minute and 10 bi/cells are required for a cellphone battery. This translates to the 12 million per year for 3 shifts or 8 million/yr for 2 shifts/day.

The 2 shift per day number still produced some astonishing earnings capability so I have been comfortable using the lower numbers. With time, I am sure performance will improve with time and will come as a pleasant surprise.

Anyway, this sounds like a great question for the conf call - Like the Red Chip Review, we may again get a conservative answer.
