I think it goes with the nature of ssl which is a royalty co much like FNV....and the number of shares out...BWTHDIK.

..strike is $1 U.S. instead of .60c for the reg....but time wise they are good till oct 2015 about 1 1/2 years longer.... ....valued both with the same volatility and i get the SSL.WT worth .32c and the new SSL.WT.A at .27c. ....so the reg is overvalued at this point(SSL at .69c) and the new WT.A. is a bargain...i am buying.
