Jorj I think its great that your working on the mine safety front. Anything that can be done to save lives and lifespans of miners is important in this dangerous profession. The republicans definitely had their part in it. As did the democrats. Far more of a function of 70 years of progressive liberalism infecting our politics and economy. BTW: you know that congress handles the purse strings, right?,/i> Yup.. but without a President's signature nothing happens. Checks and balances............ Unless you want to impeach.
